FULLY AUTOMATIC 12-HEAD LUBRICANT FILLING MACHINE

High-throughput automation for industrial lubricants (grease, gear oil, hydraulic fluids) with this 12-head precision filler. Engineered for 1–30L pails/drums, featuring servo-driven piston/gear pumps (+/-0.5% accuracy) handling viscosities to 100,000 CP.

PLC touchscreen enables recipe memory, OEE tracking, and 5-minute SKU changeovers. Ideal for automotive/marine lubricant producers requiring rapid, waste-free filling with explosion-proof (ATEX) options.

Each filling head has a weighing and feedback system, which can set the filling volume of each head and adjust the single head micro-adjustment. This machine adopts a multi-head and multi-pump structure. 

Each group of filling systems is equipped with a stainless steel integrated power pump and is equipped with frequency conversion speed regulation, fast and slow double-speed filling, which can be set at will.

After the bottle is full, the bottle sorting turntable automatically stops, and if a shortage of bottles is detected, it will automatically replenish the bottles.

Equipped with a storage box and independent cleaning of pipelines, it is easy to clean and replace materials.
